Refund/Returns Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with any item/s return them to us within 7 days of receiving the order (with proof of purchase from us) and a refund or exchange will be given.
Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if the item/s are returned in an undamaged or unused condition. Please note under no circumstance can the delivery fee be refunded.
If any of the products in your order that you receive are defective or damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or a refund will be given.
Privacy Policy
The information required from you is used solely for the purpose of sending orders, receiving payment and informing customers of product information. Customer credit card details are not kept on file. The details you provide are kept in strict confidence and will not be sold or distributed to any third party.

Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days (unless otherwise you will be notified) of the order being placed via Australia Registered Post. (Registered Post is for your security and offers an ID Number; proof of posting when lodged at the post office, signature obtained on delivery and insurance cover of up to $100 is included).

Please be aware every effort is made to maintain stock levels however it is impossible to predict demand this is something that is beyond control. If this occurs it means the item/s will be temporarily out of stock, please be assured these items will be back in stock as soon as possible; then dispatched to you the next business day it comes back into stock. (NOTE: This could take up to 21 business days for new stock to arrive)
